Important notice

We maintain just a few essential conditions for customers to receive the 3DayEscape promotional offer. These conditions must be strictly followed to honor our agreements with wholesale travel brokers and partner hotels.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Hotel accommodations are provided by trusted wholesale room brokers with over 30 years of experience delivering promotional and discounted stays. To continue offering the 3DayEscape at 50% OFF, where your only extra costs are a small processing fee and local room taxes, we depend on customers fully reading and following the Terms & Conditions and completing the simple booking instructions.

1. Your Promotional Offer

Your 3DayEscape certificate entitles two adults to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights in Florida. All at 50% off the lowest publish non-promotional internet rate.

There is no timeshare requirement attached to this offer.

2. Registration Process

Register within 7 days of receiving your certificate at www.californiahalfoff.com
Enter your Escape Code from the front of your certificate.
Choose your destination, complete the form, and pay a one-time $19.95 processing fee.

3. Internet Access Required

You must have access to the internet and a valid email address to redeem this certificate. Most public libraries and office supply stores offer internet access if needed.

4. Guaranteed Confirmation

You will receive a Reservation Request Form link via email promptly after registering.
Submit the completed form with two sets of dates:
- First-choice arrival date (must be at least 60 days after your first Reservation Request submission date)
- Alternate date (must be at least 45 days after your first choice date)
- Submit Reservation Dates with Confirmation Reserve of $50. (This is credited to your final room bill.)
  EXAMPLE:
  Hotel non-promotional Internet room rate is $150 per night plus tax.
  2 Nights = $300 + tax. (typically under $15 per night)
  50% OFF Room Rate is $150 + Tax of $29.95 = $179.95 Total Room Bill.
  $179.95 minus Confirmation Reserve of $50.00 = $129.95, balance due upon Reservation Confirmation.

By following the Terms & Conditions, your reservation will be confirmed within 10–15 days.

5. Arrival Options

Guaranteed 50% OFF check-in days: Monday through Thursday
Weekend or holiday arrivals may be available at discounted rates after registration.

6. Who Can Use This Offer

Offer valid for 2 adults aged 21 or older.
Max occupancy: 4 people per room.
Additional guests (adult or child): $25 per person, per night, paid with room taxes.

7. Submitting Travel Dates & Destination Changes

Travel dates are not required at the time of registration.
Destination must be selected within 7 days of receiving your certificate.
You may change your destination up to 60 days prior to your preferred travel date.
Reservation dates must be submitted online or by phone, ONLY after your Reservation Request Form has been received.

8. Cancellations & Fees

A $30 fee applies to any change or cancellation.
Forms submitted with only one date will not be processed nor refunded.

9. Group Bookings

Not valid for groups traveling together.
Group bookings may be requested via the Reservation Request Form but do not qualify for the 50% OFF offer. Discounted rates will apply.

10. Extra Nights

You may add nights after receiving written confirmation of your check-in date by calling or using the contact details provided in your Fulfillment Email.

11. Not Included in the Offer

Room taxes (typically under $15 per night)
Transportation, meals, insurance, service charges, transfers
Entertainment, gratuities, phone calls, parking fees, towel/cabana rentals
Mini-bar, resort fees, and personal expenses

12. Expiration & Refunds

Certificate is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Travel must be completed before the expiration date.
No refunds will be issued for late submission or after confirmation.

13. Transferability

Fully transferable to any individual over the age of 21.

14. 12-Month Destination Revisit Policy

Only one certificate may be used per destination within any 12-month period. You may visit all 36 destinations in a single year using the appropriate certificate for each, but you may not use a Half-Off or Vegas Certificate to return to a destination until 12 months have passed since your most recent Half-Off 3DayEscape or Las Vegas 3DayEscape.

15. Terms of Use & Governing Law

By using this certificate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to receive all communication via email.
3DayEscapes and its affiliates may send you promotional updates.
Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

16. Reserved Rights

3DayEscapes may modify or cancel this offer at any time.
We are not liable for unauthorized verbal claims made by third parties.
We reserve the right to book accommodations in surrounding areas when space is limited.

*PRO TIP

Submit your Reservation Request within 7 days to secure you preffered arrival date, especially for high-demand destinations. A timely response increases your chances of recieving your first choice.
